Purpose and operation of the line
Aggregate crushing and screening lines are designed to produce fractionated gravel and sand by crushing rocks with a strength of up to 300 MPa, or gravel-sand-boulder mixtures, as well as for sifting non-metallic materials into fractions, and are continuous automatic lines for the production of fractionated stone material (crushed stone), equipped with units easily mounted on rigid frame structures with service platforms.
The source material is loaded with a bucket loader, a hopper of the feeder, which ensures uninterrupted and uniform supply of material to the crusher. The crushed material with the help of unloading conveyors is fed to an inclined inertial screen, where the material is separated (sieved) into fractions, and oversized. Each fraction entering through a separate unloading estrus, with the help. Special conveyors are fed to the storage site. Oversize using a conveyor is fed into a cone crusher for secondary crushing.
Management of the complex - remote from the remote control located in the control cabin of the crushing and screening line (DSL). Automatic manual (with the help of local push-button posts) stopping the units in the event of an emergency is provided.
Aggregates of technological lines are easily mounted without the use of massive foundations, both in quarries and in the ABZ. Warehouses for finished products - open, conical type.
