Jaw crushers

Jaw Crusher Operation Principle
Two “Cheeks” of the crusher located at a certain angle form a wedge-shaped chamber, while one side is movable and the other is firmly fixed. During the movement of the movable cheek, the process of crushing of the material occurs, and at the time of the departure of the cheek, the crushing chamber is unloaded from the fine material. If the material is not sufficiently crushed and larger than the discharge gap, then it takes up free space in the crushing chamber and the crushing cycle is repeated first.
