Inclined inertial screens are intended for screening gravel, sand, gravel and other bulk materials. The screen is a set of sieves that provide sorting of bulk materials by size (fractions).
The principle of operation of the screen is based on the use of vibrational processes resulting from the rotation of unbalanced masses - unbalances. The working material is thrown on the sieves, small fractions pass through the sieve, and large fractions roll down on an inclined surface.
The most simple and reliable in operation are inertial inclined screens.
To ensure higher screening efficiency depending on the size of the finished product fractions, the Strommashina group of companies offers three types of inclined inertial screens: “МЩ”, “СЩ”, “КЩ”. Each type has its own dynamic mode (amplitude size and number of revolutions of the vibrator shaft, mass of unbalances).
In sieves and sieves for inertial screens, the holes can be rectangular in round or square shape. When using clay-clogged or wet materials, sieves with rectangular openings are used. If there are round holes in the sieve, the resulting product is more uniform and uniform. In order to increase the life of the sieves, high-strength canned steel wire, rubber, polyurethane, etc. are used for their manufacture.
Screens are used both as a separate type of equipment, and in various crushing lines and units. Most often inertial screens are used for medium and small screening. Screens provide high-performance sorting of bulk materials.
