Cone crushers
The Strommashina group of companies offers cone crushers for medium and fine crushing of basalt, granite, limestone, sandstone and other materials with compressive strength up to 300 MPa.
The basic principle of the cone crusher
In a cone crusher, an annular working chamber is formed between the outer fixed and inner movable cones. A rotating inner cone is mounted on a shaft whose axis is inclined to the axis of symmetry of the crusher. When the shaft rotates due to eccentricity, the cones of crushing of the material come closer together, when leaving, the finished product is unloaded. By changing the clearance of the discharge gap, the angle of inclination of the shaft and the eccentricity, the productivity and size of the finished product are regulated.

Eccentric cone crushers - in comparison with jaw crushers give a higher degree of crushing by 3-5 times, flakiness 25-35. Energy costs are lower.
Vibratory cone crushers - allow to obtain grinding materials with a high degree of crushing 4-10 and flakiness 10-20. With a certain adjustment on the crushers, it is possible to obtain both sand and crushed stone of improved shape (cuboid). Crushing in such an inertial cone crusher occurs without special metering devices. The crusher runs and starts “under the rubble”. "Soft" vibration isolation does not require reinforced foundations. It is possible to adjust the size of the discharge gap during the crushing process using a remote control.
