In 1956, the Kostroma Strommashina plant, located on the outskirts of the ancient city of Kostroma, was commissioned into operation, only three hundred kilometers from the city of Moscow. The city has road, rail and river links. The first products of the plant for the country's non-ore industry were tray feeders, roller and hammer crushers, and a ball mill. The plant was constantly being built and developed, the output was changing, becoming more complicated. Fifty years of experience have been accumulated in the production and operation of crushing and screening equipment, and highly qualified manufacturing, technological and design personnel have grown to solve any problem.
The company has its own procurement, machining, experimental and metallurgical production, which allows not only to produce an extensive range of high-quality products and spare parts for them, but also to maintain a leading position in the market.
Our products are known in 32 countries of the world, despite the fact that since 1994 the plant has repeatedly changed signboards: OJSC, LLC, company, and finally, the Stromneftemash concern. Consumers of DRO know our enterprise as "Strommashina".
All products manufactured by the enterprise are certified in accordance with the requirements of GOSTs and regulatory documents.
